ADVICE: Crossfire 6950 or 128 gig SSD

I will be embarking on a new build soon (i5 2500k and such) and keeping only my GPU and CPU cooler from this rig.
What do you guys think would be a better investment on it, another 6950, or an SSD? both cost similar amounts 240-270, and i will already have a f3 RAID 0 array on it. Are SSDs really that great?

An SSD will easily outperform your RAID0 array, the only downside is really cost and size.

I'd personally not go with 128gb drive. I'd stick with either a single 64gb drive or 2 64gb drives and then RAID0 them. I've got 5 games my OS and some apps on mty 64gb drive and i've got about 10gb free.

Any huge games (world of warcraft for example) then run them off your F3 array.

Can you RAID on the sata III ports of the p8p67?

I can't imagine why not tbh, if it's an intel or marvell controller then yes. I'm pretty sure you can.

get a ssd man. Single 6950 unlocked to 6970 shader should be enough for your 1920 x 1200 resolutions.
