I guess the silver edition would negate the need for a biocide (?) I (think) also that silver is slightly more thermally conductive than copper. (I saw that in Wikipedia, so I'm not entirely sure, I'm also not an engineer and not qualified to give you a conclusive opinion. I'm just guessing.)

You're right. Silver is a better conductor of heat than copper. At least, it was the last time i checked.

I have the XSPC RASA block and i'm very, very impressed with it. I can't speak for the other one you linked though. I have to say, it does look nicer than the RASA.

Pretty sure it is one of if not the best out there. It is just both expensive and restrictive as hell so you don't see many with it.
