Hi,
Some have been wondering whether 2 of these heatsinks - 2 Koolance HTS-PMP400 - fit to the EK Dual DDC V2 Top - the answer is - yes, with a little help of a dremel.

Here's a quick guide how to do it:

1) One of the "sidepods" on each of the metal frame has to be removed:

2) Here's the frame after cutting of not needed bit:

Cut piece vs uncut:

3) Here's the clearance after cutting and mounting:

4) Here's the heatsinks on:

5) Finished product - looks quite nice - and definitely much better than my old plastic housing cut with a dremel

hmmm, black, silver, then black agian, not good looking IMHO...

so, the answer should be "No" since I believe there's few people who wanna use a rotary tool to cut the metal bracket.

Thought of painting the metal parts crossed my mind - as I love black - but they are rather dark and look quite nice in real life imho.
On the picture is bright as I kept shutter opened longer.

Come one, have you ever heard word "mod"?

If you just want to fit some pieces together with a screwdriver go to ikea

This is for the ones who want to fit these, on a pc/wc overclock & modding forum.

Answer would be no if this couldn't be done. This is, and very easy.

What do the 2 side-handles of the original housing/bracket do?
And there are 2 screw holes on the handles of bracket?

These are to mount the pump with external bracket, so if you go with the dual top you don't need 2 of these on the inside.
