Can anyone recommend Circuitnthings.com? - Page 2

Don't buy from this company. Big time Fraud. BigThingker15 must own it or work for them. Same post on every review site and it's the only review that is positive. Go here to see horrible reviews with the one review that is positive from BigThinker15: http://www.resellerratings.com/store...its_and_things

I was scammed and just filed fraud charges yesterday. They charge your card and never send the product. Say it's back ordered, etc..... Originally, they sent me an email saying that my product was Out of Stock and a refund would be issued. That email originally gave me a piece of mind, until, a month passed and no refund to my bank account. I believe this is what they bank on, that you will forget about it! I wish they were a local company, that way I could take care of things in person. I have an Old School way of taking care of Cheaters!

In fact, i already have a follow up order. A 150mbps wireless broadband router.
I've reported this guy as a suspected spammer. as he is the only one to say anything positive and only joined to try to talk up the company rep. There are way to many people saying the same thing in the review site for it to be overlooked.

They have no telephone, no support, never respond to e-mail, they have a fake chat support with no humans there, and their purchases script connects to nothing. Its a fake company.

Dear Valued Customer,

Your recent order placed on our online store has been voided due to the following reason; *Merchant bank hold of customer payments.* Please be advised that placing a hold on business payments/transactions is common practice with banks, however, due to the extensive hold time placed on your funds, we could not complete your order.

*Circuitsnthings.com did not collect any funds from your transaction*. This is the reason shipment of your order did not occur. In an effort to expedite the process of releasing your funds back to your original method of payment, please contact your credit card company/bank and request a charge back/credit for this transaction, otherwise the normal process can take 90 days or longer.
Upon completion of the charge back request, please allow 24 – 48 hours for credits to apply to your account.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, our valued customer. We have corrected this problem for future orders. It is our hope we have another opportunity to prove ourselves to you. Providing excellent customer service is our focus and changes have been made to improve your shopping experience with us. Please feel free to visit our store and submit a new order. We are pleased to announce that we now accept checks, money orders, cashier’s checks and bank wires to better serve our customers and limit delays in receiving products. Thank you, we appreciate your business.

Sincerely,

(Circuitsnthings)Management, Order Fulfillment

We cannot accommodate phone orders at this time due to limited staffing, this is something we're working towards in the future. Thank you for your feedback. We are working to improve our service levels. Sincerely,

I recently ordered a power supply from them and am having a most unpleasant situation. Circuitsnthings web page has no contact information. No ratings. I called the company that handled the online check and was told that Circuitsnthings will be cut off because of many complaints. Now Circuitsnthings.com is offline. Get error message. To be safe I stopped payment on the check and changed my bank account number. I wish I had done a search of Circuitsnthings before dealing with them. Which I highly recomment with any online company.

I have waited three months for my order to be completed. they shipped me two out of three items and said the order was complete. yet i never received my amplifier. they dont have a phone # that works to call anyone. they have posted they are working on the phone line for three months? I have found many of the same things (scams) posted about them. just look harder on thier reviews. I also asked that someone contact me and left my # still no answer.. no amplifier.. no refund.. I chatted on line today for the fifth time and they said my items were shipped. I had to tell them the story again from the begining. other peoples stories are far worse than mine. I was told this time to please wait 24hrs. I dont think it will help. i will most likely have to chat the whole story to them all over again.

I'm with you buddy,

there has to be a way of stopping these scammers from continueing to scam others. Maybee everyone needs to get together and start some kind of action. find out were all this money is going and get it back. (one way or another) who knows? maybee we are funding the next attack on ourselves.

Pretty much your own fault when you fall for something that's to good to be true.
Always do research before you buy anything on the internet.

Good luck getting a refund or a chargeback.
