BOOTMGR is missing, little different

Thread Starter
classic BOOTMGR is missing error, but now i can even boot repair disk because this error appears even before dvd drive achieves full speed (measured by sound).
Yes dvd is 1st in boot order and i have also tried selecting drive to boot, but no difference.

Unplug your HDDs and see if it boots from the DVD drive.

I know on some Phoenix BIOS you have to choose the actual model of the drive on the boot order.

I had that once when I was trying to install windows on a new drive and had a second drive plugged in at the same time, for some reason (probably detected a previous OS) it would install the boot files on the secondary drive and the rest of the OS on the primary. So it would go through the install but wouldnt boot due to that error. It took unplugging all drives during install
