Okay, that first sentence in the quote doesn't even make sense.

There was a time I was debating buying a PS3 or Xbox 360. Now I'm glad I bought neither and have my Wii. Sure it sucks, but it doesn't have all the drama. I turn it on and play.

I was so annoyed yesterday. Updated my console to the new mandatory 3.61 PS3 firmware....then reset my password as required, and just like a hoard of others, the system promptly Shutsdown, and displays a contantly blinking red light.

System is Bricked. Many oithers report the same on the PSN forums. I already cancelled my credit card linked to that account, and got a replacement.

My PS3 turns on and plays no problem. Never had a problem with that when PSN was down either. My PS3 always played games.

My Wii can do something your PS3 can't. Netflix. Internet. I can browse OCN from it if I choose.
