[sweclockers] the new Corsair Hydro H100 and H80 Cpu Coolers - Page 27

very nice sir george. thanks for the details now im more excited reading reviews and getting one H100. im already tired of custom loops which prevents me from attaching/detaching things from my PC. that is why im sold to these all in one setups

hopefully the performance of a custom loop that runs on the processor only will be the same compared to the H100

If your wondering, it says "not in stock" (for both of them). Being from Sweden helps

I might get a H70 or should I wait for the H80 not gonna end up being a huge difference to be honest is it.

My H50 is no longer standing upto the test.

How about 200mm radiator? ...200mm fans seem to be popular in new cases these days
and lots of old antec and some other cases use them aswell

Imo that would be a better choice then triple 120 rad

Both H80 and H100 are fully 2011 compatible.
You guys really covered all the bases, huh?

Hi does anyone know if u have to remove the fans and mount the rad in the top of the case on the Corsair t600 and put the fans on the top under the vent ? or will the whole thing fit on the roof of the case as one ?

Edit im talking about the h100

I tried to measure a bit myself, but I don't think you can mount both the rad and the fans inside the case, because it seems like it will come in conflict with the rammodules?! Yes, that's true. At least with my mobo.

But maybe if you use 15mm instead of 25mm fans it may work

I couldn't wait for the H80 and went with an H60 instead. I'll set it up and see how it goes with dual fans and if I need more power I can get the H80 whenever it actually is available....

That's great but it'd be nice to know in later future, if it's self sealed, i wonder if you guys can develop some sort of protective cover if we wanna take the tubes off so we can mount the rad outside of the case into these little holes like most cases they have if they don't wanna attempt REAL custom water cooling. Is there a possibility you'll develop one where we can really de-attach the tubes this time and re-attach them without losing anything? Is it possible?

If you could take the tupes off the pump it wouldn't be a "closed" system and it would open up Corsair to too many liability concerns I would think....
