Yes... It is just like a pre overclocked GTX 460.
336 Shaders, 810 MHz Core Clock, 4000 MHz GDDR5.
But the good thing is this things overclock higher than GTX 460.
Can hit 1000 MHz just like GTX 560 Ti.
I owned GTX 460 1GB back then and I am quite happy with its performance especially it's overclocking capabilities.
But I got angry with NVIDIA later because they released 500 series too soon (which leave negative image of 400 series).
I just sell it to bought a goat later.

Anyway, this is a good card if you consider to upgrade from GTX 275.
I upgrade from GTX 260 to 460 and the performance improvement is nice. Especially when overclocked.

Um ... okaaaaaaay.

On-topic: So is this a GF114 core with some locked shaders then? I wonder if it'll be unlockable like my 465's

It is but it does not mention locked shaders though. All it says is that the 560Ti is its' "big brother" and has "lower performance".
