Thermaltake Toughpower XT still good?

So I was down at fry's the other day and I saw they were having a sale on TT Toughpower XT 775W units for $69. I don't quite need 775W, but I'm planning a build that might come close so I thought 'hey why not?'

Checked the heft of it, nice solid, heavy feel. Checked a few quick reviews on my phones tiny screen, JG seemed to like it a lot. So now I'm home with it, as yet unboxed and I checked the recommended list here, but I didn't see it on there, though the 750 Grand is (which looks to be a similar quality unit, gold rating or not).

So has something changed since it was last reviewed, or is it still as good as the reviewers make it out to be?

The TT ToughPower XT 775W is a solid unit, CWT DSG platform, same innards as the Corsair TX950. If you can get it at a good price, there's nothing wrong with it. $69 is not just good, it's amazing. I imagine it's no longer in production, and that would probably why it's no longer in the recommended list.

I have this inside my current rig for about a year and it has run one gtx 285, two gtx 470's in SLI and now one 6970, all faultlessly with other bits like extra fans, controllers, several Internal and external HDD's. It hasn't skipped a beat and is well worth that money IMO.

I do have another one to replace it, but haven't got round to doing it yet, since this is working so well.
