No matter how many times i verify the files or do whatever, my gpu usage ALWAYS stays at 0% and getting to the menu takes forever and it's a slideshow...help! All games work fine, just not this one.

I have the latest bios, directx and nvidia drivers. I tried with 270.61 and the newest, same result.

Hoy, got a 560ti and I had this problem before, about 4 fps in the game intro.

Installed this http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7-winvista-64bit-275.27-beta-driver.html with only the Display drivers ( no 3D Vision etc ) and it worked.

If you have ubersampling enabled, disable it.

Your computer can't handle that, or even close. No ones can. Not sure if the setting affects the menu systems or not, but it's worth a shot.

rep 2 you man! thanks, now that's another problem solved..only got one more, the witcher 2 won't let me set the forward or back arrow key to movement. How do i manually set my keys? It always says "invalid key, cannot be reassigned" so it's assigned for something else, but doesn't show up in the configurator
