I'm thinking to get a tablet but MUST have 3G.
What is the Best alternative AT&T 3G tablet other then Ipad2+3g?
Prefer something that can make Video Call trough skype or Facetime or any other alternative.

You can get a Dell Streak now or wait for an Acer Iconia later this year. Those are the only two alternatives I'm aware of.

Well yeah then you probably want the Iconia. It's not the greatest Honeycomb tablet, but it's the only one on ATT with 3G. But I do know you can do Google Talk video chat and I'm pretty sure Skype/Qik works too.

The Acer Iconia is a great tablet. The only glaring difference between it and the Motorola Xoom is the amount of peripherals for the device.

As for an android device using video chat. you will have to use Tango. Skype video chat does not work on Android and Google Talk only works on the Nexus S iirc.

It is the Acer Iconia A500. It is a Tegra 2 dual core processor w/ a capacitive touchscreen, 1gig ddr2 Memory, 16gig internal storage, expandable with up to a 32gig micro sd card. micros usb port, full usb port, micro hdmi port, front and rear facing camera, g-sensor, e-compass, gyro meter. 10.1in display, and Android 3.0 (honeycomb) @ a price point of $450 (for wifi only.)

The pricepoint is the biggest different between it the ipad2 and acer iconia a500. Also the OS. Apple provides a better out of box experience to the end user for their devices. However Android provides more freedom with customization. If you like to tinker Android tablet is the way to go. If you are content with stock device play with both if you can and decide which you like better.
