the 6950 is a good card for only 10 dollars over your budget... despite it being only 1 gb, if you play on a res thats not extreme than this will suit you perfectly.

That's $40 over budget, LOL. Unless you're counting MIRs, but I don't. I find them an unnecessary hassle and you still have to pay upfront full price. That, and XFX has a bad reputation of not honoring them.

That 6870 I listed was under $200 and I also noticed it had a rebate bringing it down to like $169 I think. I don't count rebates in prices, but if it's used and you get it, your under the $200 budget for sure
