The Witcher 2 limited customization of controls?

Well I'm a lefty and always have used the numpad to move and do other things, but it won't let me set those keys to movement....or even the arrow keys..what kind of PC game won't let you bind the arrow keys for movement? Not everyone uses wasd.. and also letters like "I" and "M" and others just don't want to set themselves. Is there a fix in the midst

i believe you can change the controls in video and language, then click on input settings
