For the record Xen can do Windows guests (since I'm sitting a datacenter filled with Xen VMs running Windows I happen to know).

Not necessarily easy and slightly different hardware requirements but it's there...

And I can't stand OpenVZ. (Though mainly that's because I've never found anyone who's configured it correctly, and its design being merely a secondary issue.)
