Gaming Rig - Help Needed

Thread Starter
So, Im starting out trying to build a semi Budget rig. Some parts (cpu) will be cheaped out on so I can upgrade later, the reason im not waiting is because my current computer is starting to have mobo issues so I might as well upgrade. Setting aside that I have some of these parts, please let me know what you think. Im shooting for a quality mobo and hard drive, everything else can just be "okay" and no, I'm not about bleeding edge, but I do play a ton of games.

i3 2100: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-078-_-Product I can easily resell the i3 later for about 70-80$ especially after I buy it from microcenter for $100.

P8P67 Deluxe: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131701

Storm Scout: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-196-_-Product

650hx: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2&Tpk=650%20hx

G.Skill Ripjaws (said they work with the Mobo so Ill reuse them): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-275-_-Product

6870: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-373-_-Product

2x Samsung f3 (Raid 1): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...k=samsung%20f3

Caviar black 640gb (boot drive/games): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-319-_-Product

The plan -- Upgrade to an i7 for rendering/3D work and for BF3 later when it comes out. I can add a second 6870 down the line too.

Any Recommendations on a case that I can use the rasa 240 WC kit with?

And final Question! Could I set up a Raid 1 before I install Windows? By this I mean, put in both samsung f3 drives, set up a raid 1, then load windows onto it? Would this work if I partitioned one of the drives for a dedicated windows install partition (or do I have to partition both drives?) when in the raid 1. << new to raid configs, but would like to use them to make my life easier.

thanks everyone

Im not switching Motherboard either. The p8p67 Deluxe has great reviews and features. The price doesn't bother me. All the other boards are iffy on quality, in my opinion.
