Wrong Windows 7 settings ?

I have this really wierd problem with my computer where my computer takes around 20 minutes to fall asleep.The screen turns off but the computer doesn't. It only took 3 seconds before but now it takes ages.I have hibernation and hybrid sleep and s1 turned off.Is this a harware problem or wrong Windows 7 settings ?

Just stating the obvious, but why not fall back to the previous settings that worked? You could maybe use "System Restore" or "Backup" to go back to a previous version that work; also imho you may need S1 & S3 active so that Sleep can work. Not sure though, but I do have them active.
