What's wrong with my DELL Mini-910?

I open it up, get to Windows, and as soon as I click on the profile name, it crashed.

Afterwards, this is all I get when I boot up:

I am thinking there is some kind of problem with the SSD (16GB), but it shows up nicely in the BIOS and the Windows 7 installation.

Except that when I try to repair, it's unsuccessful, and when I try to re-install it gives me this error:

"Failed to create a new partition on the selected unused space.[0x80070017]"

HDD failure/corruption?

But it's showing up. So, it's not dead but also not functioning?

Could it be the controller, not the SSD? I don't want to buy a new one only to realize that it's useless, since it uses an mSATA connector, and thus won't fit anything else I have.

Looks like it's trying to boot via PXE.
Turn it off in the BIOS.

After doing that, all it displays is "Operating System Not Found".

And like I said, I can't re-install the OS.

EDIT: I just checked. Getting a new SSD will cost ~75$. That's almost half the price of the netbook!

Eh.
It wouldn't even be worth it to pay for a new SSD.
Try making a bootable USB key to reinstall OS?
