When you say "mod it and have a 240" do you mean modify the kit's loop to add a 240mm rad as well?

@ OP before you make any decision ..you have to figure it out your heat load (total wattage OC included),this will allow you to have better understanding how much RAD space you need for dissipation;
http://www.over-clock.co.uk/ivb/inde...howtopic=20277
,800D is NOT the best case for LC (air flow is limited) and might require moding ,for CPU+2x GPU blocks you can go single loop or dual ..not much of a difference and can save you a lot of money and space

EDIT; 2x 6990 is no joke .. look at single 6990 under Furmark;

I know it's not enough..your set up require bare minimum.. very good 2x360 or more (OC included)
look in to Case Labs cases;

Then with your best interest of having the best in mind, I must tell you that the RAM you have in your sig rig is complete garbage

Muscle, your going to need one 120.1 and one 120.2 radiators.

Here is some data as to how each radiator performs: http://www.realredraider.com/vbullet...ead.php?t=4924

If you read the information closely you can see that with the thicker Low Fins Per Inch radiators like the XSPC RX, Thermochill and Black Ice GTX are superior with Low RPM fans. The difference with high speed fans and the Swiftech's slightly higher FPI allows it to match the thicker rads from 1800RPM and above. In reality anything 60CFM or higher will to the trick.

So unless you are going with a quiet setup, the Swiftech MCR Series of radiators is what you need. Inexpensive, slim to fit in the case, but holds it's own against the big boys. If you have to buy anything get a Thermochill. Be advised you are going to need G3/8 to G1/4 adapters or G3/8 fittings.
