If I send a dead p67a-ud3 to Gigabyte (not b3), would I receive a b3 version if they replace it?

I hope so because I'm gonna sell it, and it'll be easier to sell the b3

Most likely they will send you a new revision board.

Gigabyte will replace it with a B3 revision!
