Which would you get

Thread Starter
I've recently been let down with the gigabyte 890gpa I purchased for £70 from the supplier. So Im now looking at boards again. I have a Athlon II x4 640 to sit in it. I have found 3 boards I like, but having little experiance with any brands I have no idea of the merits or pitfalls for each the choice is as follows:

Biostar ta870 (my original choice and looks cool)
Gigabyte 870a-ud3 (dual bios appeals to me and good brand)
MSI 870-g54 (picked up some good reviews and crossfie enabled)

all of these or roughly the same price bar a tenner

Thanks in advance

Of those three I'd go with the Gigabyte 870a-ud3. Much better mobo with stronger VRMs and higher OC capability. It also has a higher CPU TDP support for future needs if/when you upgrade cpu.

^ this
Gigabyte 870a-ud3
8+2 power can handle any cpu currently on the market

not many biostar boards use 4+2 or better
msi uses the cheapest vrm's and mosfet's available
