Max QPI Voltage on i7 950 ?

Hi i7 overclockers,

I would like to ask some experienced overclocker what is max QPI Voltage I should use ?

I am overclocking i7 for a first time today and when searching internet for guides I found that lot of forums talks about Vcore, dimm voltage and temperature, but can't find much about QPI Voltage frown.gif

Any advice would be great smile.gif

ps: now I am trying to get over 4.4Ghz

I'd say stay under 1.4 (for 24/7), also good luck on getting 4.4 GHz, you really going for a that high clock for 24/7 or just benching/epeen? As I don't think the voltage increases you need from 4 GHz are worth it.

Edit: Take a look here if you think you need some more help/guidance, or ask us questions!

No problem, happy to help smile.gif Remember to watch your temps and don't go crazy with the voltage, it's by the way not a huge performance increase from 4 GHz to for example 4.2 GHz, so just see how your chip takes overclocking and don't go too far on the 24/7 voltages, good luck!
