in cpu-z my voltage is jumping like 1.5~1.47v. weird.
All the power savings are off including c1e

You know the drill now, I never managed to kill mine, so I can't say for sure the very limit, but your temps still seem fine to me, so I'd push that voltage till its stable myself. I guess its down to you how much risk you want to take, but that's the fun! =D

i gess i found one of the problems for the freeze. i opened task manager and the cpu usae was around 50% and i just booted the windows. the process svchost is using too much cpu and i dunno what it is.

Ok guys so i gess i ran to my expectation. thanks to all of you especialy DTK ^^
I managed to ger a 2.66 cpu to 3.80 =D
The system is stable after i kill the svchost processes that are consuming 50% of the cpu.
My temps are 40ºC normal and 60~70ºC full load.

Fsb: 1900
Voltages: all except memory to 1.5v
memory timing 6-6-6-18
System running beautifully smooth.

For that svchost process, i suggest doing a VIRUS SCAN soon !
