Nvidia has just introduced two more GeForce 500 series graphics cards - the GeForce GT 545 and GT 530, but you won't see them in stores (at least not yet) since they both are aimed towards the OEM market and will thus be found within pre-build systems.

The GeForce GT 530, which was cvasi-leaked by AFOX in March, has a low-profile design, a single-slot active cooler, 96 CUDA Cores, GPU/shader clocks of 700/1400 MHz, a 128-bit memory interface, 1/2GB of DDR3 memory @ 1796 MHz, and D-Sub, DVI and HDMI outputs.

The GeForce GT 545 comes in two versions, one with a single-slot cooler and DDR3 (1.5GB or 3GB) memory and one with a dual-slot cooler and GDDR5 (1GB) VRAM. The DDR3 model has GPU/shader/memory clocks of 720/1440/1800 MHz and a 192-bit memory interface, while the GDDR5 card comes with a 128-bit interface and 870/1740/3996 MHz frequencies. Both GTX 545 cards feature 144 CUDA Cores.

In terms of connectivity, the GT 545 DDR3 has D-Sub, DVI and HDMI, whereas the GT 545 GDDR5 provides two DVI ports and a mini HDMI.

I'm pretty sure we will start to see more vram on cards. at least 1.5gb on the mid range models, maybe even more, seeing as how popular the higher vram cards are becoming.
