I'm sick of eyefinity...

It's too much work to get 75% of the games I play to work with this setup. And when the ones that work do "work" you get video errors, some crashes, etc.

I wish AMD could get on a universal fix (never going to happen, as it's most of these games' fault - but something possibly to make ingame video fit on your center monitor only) or game developers need to embrace multi-monitor gaming.

Wish I could trade my monitors for a decent 42inch 1080P HDTV...

If you want it to be on your center monitor only, just disable eyefinity.

Does it work good with BFBC2?

You're a genus!

What I meant was in-game videos aka cut scenes. =/

TD, yes - one of the games that work well with it. I actually enjoy the game a bit more because of it (and it was already one of my favorite FPS).

This is funny because I've also been telling people that all this triple monitor stuff is a huge headache. It rarely works. The benefits are not very noticable after you adjust either, you rarely even notice the other monitors are there after the initial "WOW" factor goes away.

I prefer my new 55" Sony HX929 TV (1920x1080), over my 30" Samsung 305T (2560x1600). I know i'm comparing a brand new 2011 $3800 TV vs a $1200 monitor, but still. Everything on the Sony TV looks so much better even if the pixel density is much worse. The increased size just makes everything more immersive and enjoyable, and the newer technology in the TV just makes the overall picture look better. I still don't notice pixels, even 5 feet away.

BFBC2 works actually very nicely.

BUT like 90% of games don't work at all on Eyefinity. Huge gimmick and waste of money (yet i have it)

I'm planning on doing the same thing. Although, with a slightly smaller TV. Probably in the neighborhood of 42". I'm still torn whether I should get a plasma or an LCD/LED. I want the plasma refresh rate, I'm just worried about burn-in.

I'm slowly starting to regret eyefinity, but it definitely has it's place for me. There was no excitement for me like going back to playing Just Cause 2 or BFBC2 on eyefinity, two of three games that I could get working well in eyefinity without messing about too much to get it working. I also played Civ5 on it, but that's not a great use of the three monitors since I was running landscape. It was definitely interesting to see my GPU heat up so much though, much more than any benchmark has taxed it so far.

If I hadn't gotten such fantastic deals on used LCD monitors for my setup, I'd probably be pissed, but in reality I paid for 3 monitors about $400, so much less than many people who set up 3x30" IPS panels. I'd be pissed then. For that money, I would have bought a single 1080 or higher projector and a good screen

I paid about $450 total for my screens. It was quite the deal. Sadly, a lot of games I'm only playing on one screen because of how poorly they run or run not at all.

I can imagine you would literally get sick of it too, I demoed a 3 monitor set up with NFS Shift at microcenter and it made me pretty dizzy especially with the high frame rates running off the Area 51.
