I've got a Intel Core i7 2600K and wanted to get at least 4.0GHz but with decent temps which one should I pick?

The d-14 is the better performer but recently there have been reports of faulty d-14s on this forum so I would just for for the Silver Arrow.

The NH-D14 is supposed to be better but the H70 is quieter. They both should be able to get you to 4ghz pretty easily. The both can probably get you to 4.5ghz too.

It's much louder than the d14..

Both are very close and will do the job, just depends on how your case cooling is also.
And if your looking at the H70-dont exclude the Antec 620 or 920- both are in the same class-and i wouldnt trade my 620 for either of thoses you listed with my push pull set up.

CM GT V6, wouldn't spend more than that, and that is a great air cooler.
