If you are not in a hurry to purchase one, I would wait for the SeaSonic x750 to go on sale..I got mine for $115 or$120 on black friday, but they go on sale all of the time..The x750 is probably one of the best PSU's you can get...It runs cool, the fan very rarely kicks on, its fully modular and its 80+ gold certified...If I am not mistaken the Corsair AX series are rebranded Seasonics.

Hmm, looks like the x750 went up to $150, are there any partially modular ones that I should be looking in to? I'll raise the budget to $135 if it helps.
