The Asus or the MSI, the Gigabyte doesn't have any display output on the motherboard and thus, you have to use a discrete gpu. I'm not sure if those boards can still use the BGA for uhh QuickSync. I personally jumped on the MSI board for the "Military" quality components. I was on the same boat last week. I went with the Asus P8Z68-V Pro.

I received it yesterday. If all goes to plan I should be installing today after work.
