We will have to agree to disagree. I'm 100% positive there is no added and noticeable lag with V-Sync on my machine, you can continue to assume otherwise.
And you keep misunderstanding me.
I'm not saying that there isn't a MAJOR difference between the lag vsync causes on the two machines. I'm just saying that it still exists on 60hz even if you get 60FPS, it's just very subtle and usually not noticiable in games like BC2, which are slow.
And I'm not saying the mouse issue is the only thing making you not notice it. It's just a small factor there. Mouse lag is usually noticed from a sluggish mouse, but since the BC2 mouse is already sluggish, it can be more difficult, although I do not believe impossible.
As sircles said, it is more noticeable in faster games. Yet, not really that obvious.
