I couldn't put a lot due to the heatpipe length and case layout contradictions. So you may get better results(assuming you're putting them in your current laptop).

The GDDR5 version is around 5% faster, but it's not worth it. It consumes a noticeable amount more power. If you're into folding, too, it's gonna be a lot slower. That, and it's virtually impossible to get. Pretty much all laptops are coming with the 144 CUDA Cores version.

Yes. Again, only slightly faster. If you want a good deal, you're better off looking at the Sager NP5165 instead.

i actually thought about that so to clarify,6770m 2gb ggdr5(7% notebookcheck)>555m gt 1gb gddr5>555m gt 1ggdr3(5%)

for us canadians the y570 can be had for nice price so not sure about the sager 5165 cost like 1k with 500gb hdd+quad core upgrade but it has 1080 screen and 555m gt 2gb gddr3.

Not sure whether jump on this or wait for llano coming in july right?
Lenovo Y570: i7-2630QM | GT 555M 1GB | 8GB DDR3-1333 | 500GB | Bluetooth
Y570 i7 non Blu-Ray = $1049 Now ($891.65 with coupon)
Y570 i7 Blu-Ray = $1149 Now ($976.65 with coupon)

No, that's wrong. Look at the section where they benchmark the games themselves and you'll see that the 555M DDR3 is faster than the Radeon HD 6770M.

As for the Lenovo, that sounds like a good deal. Jump on it.

Yeah. You won't really miss anything by passing on Llano, to be honest. Llano is made for the $600-800 price point and will deliver high GPU performance (lower than the GT 555M and 6770M, but still amazing for integrated) combined with decent CPU performance (comparable to Mobile Core 2 Quad). The Y570 is obviously faster in both CPU and GPU performance.
