Mayhem Dyes? - Page 4

Here's fun test video I made the other day. 20 drops of Deep Blue, complete overkill but you get the idea. I'm in the process of doing a mini Mayhems Dye review so stay tuned.

Enjoy cool.gif

I will never again use dyes if I can achieve the same results with colored tubing.

I have some Mayhem red dye, which I have never used

If you want to see it's color, I might make a video

All i can say is add 1 drop at a time. Let it move around the loop for about 30 to 60 seconds then add the next drop. Its normally best to measure your liquid and then test in a bottle to you achieve what colour you would like. Most people don't need to use more then 5 drops. The max we have tested to for stain testing is 1.2 mls.
i will be figuring out the color scheme of my build in the nest few weeks... would it be alright for me to give u a basic description of the color i end up wanting to make and getting some feed back on what colors i would need to achieve this?... also, used ur red in a build (with like 1 drop of another color a friend had to make it darker) and it was amazing... probably wont use other dyes for a wile

I ordered red and blue, one for each loop and all my stuff arrived fine, no problems, everything was well wrapped and packaged, documentations included.. I just got my setup to a use-able state using my old bitspower blocks about a week ago, (still waiting for aqua computer to push my Aquaero XT and 580 blocks out the door) so I cant state on the longevity of the dye itself..

So far so good, the stuff is super concentrated, hence on document saying use one drop at a time...

Details is on my build log, tho not updated as of lates, will do that this weekend.. got tons of pics to upload smile.gif

Mayhem dyes are not bad, but just like any dye i find them staining blocks especially gpu ones where it will leak to the sides of the o ring and darken over time in some spots and make it 'look' like corrosion.

Not to bring up a necro thread, But I plan on using some of the pastel white in my aspros mod, as well as some supernova aurora. When communicating with them they have been nothing but polite and clear in their communication the whole time. Really nice people to talk to. I got my order fast considering it was from the UK. thumb.gif
