Its probably unstable.

As said above download and run Prime95. If you get a bluescreen, or an error on one of the prime workers, it is unstable.

Try bumping the Vcore up a notch if this is the case, and if that dosn't help then the core you unlocked is probably a defective one.

See I ran Prime 95 for two hours straight and nothing happend. I also have it clocked at 3.472mhz the Vcore voltages are at 1.428. (I have left the Vcore voltage on auto in the bios)

Run memtest, if prime shows no errors it sounds like ram.

Yeah I figured out what was wrong. I have some UV cathodes in my case and I was surfing the web and the Velcro became weak and the cathode is in the upright position.. It fell and the tube hit the memory.. I saw it before my eyes.. I moved the mouse and it froze.. I firmly believe that was the issue because it hit the ram dead on.

Yeah I got Idle temps of 55 to 64 under load.. should I be scared? I have the 450 rana unlocked and was wondering what the voltages should be set at(because I dont wanna overvolt it). Please help me.
