I don't understand how it's hard to see.
You have Uberbully Intel finally launching new architecture CPU at a $300 price point which is unheard of since 1997.
Underdog AMD who is mostly pwned by the Uberbully.
And people expect AMD to launch their new architecture CPU at a higher price point?
Since when did paying more equate to being better when it's competitor vs competitor? I believe in this regard when it's an in house product list, but cost between competitors doesn't have a lick to do with it.

Well I won't make any snap judgements, but theoretcially 8 should best 4 computationally and remain cooler running while doing it.
