Is there a bottleneck in this system? If so, what?
Also, any case sugestions?

bottleneck for what?

If you're running high transaction databases for thousands of uses, your SSD & RAM will bottleneck you.

If you're running intensive CUDA simulations your GPUs will bottleneck you.

If you're running CPU-intensive simulations your CPUs will bottleneck you.

If you're doing anything network-intensive then your NICs will bottleneck you.

Get the idea? Until you say what you want to do, nobody can tell you if it'll work or if it's a good idea.

And if you're looking at overclocking everything (which I assume you are, or the SR-2 is a huge waste), you might be pushing the limits of a single PSU with 12 cores & 4 toasty GPUs.

thats one hell of a list.
1)different CPU coolers please? the heat can get you into problems IF you are overclocking (i guess you will since you have a SR-2)
2) sure you dont want to get 2x 1200W or the ones EGA sells? i dont think you will have enough cables for 4way sli and 2CPU`s? quote me if i am wrong,
3) you have a cd rom you can use besides the blueray?

its lots of toys to play around with in that set-up have fun

I'd change the CPU cooler.

...but that's not necessarily a bottleneck.

The BIGGEST bottleneck is NO WATER COOLING

Trying to run those CPU's and 4 580's stacked on each other will create a 50c ambient temperature in the case. I wouldn't even hesitate about not watercooling high-end cards in sli.

A build like this deserves high end cooling. Not watercooling would be a huge bottleneck in terms of overclocking capabilities

When I had my 580's SLI'ed the day before I got my waterblocks, the 2 top cards idled at 70c at 950 mhz.

Also, you need 2, 1200w PSU's. Get a PSU jumper, there 15 bucks, you don't want it to shut off when your gaming

LOL yea what do you need this for as a server, the most power consuming F@H colocated build ever o_0

also the whole idea of watercooling a server is just bad karma
