HTC HD2 to android?

Thread Starter
Well my t-mobile unlocked htc hd2 is getting shipped to me in a couple days (i just switched to att service) so i spent roughly 4 hours browsing the xda-dev forums although they try to simplify it real well i cant wrap around ALL the stuff ,nicks etc, to much for me. Can someone give me a through step by step with links included? keep in mind my phone isnt here yet so i cant test..I reallly dont want to brick my phone, so im trying to grasp the whole concept..

nothing bad will happen if you follow the directions correctly on xda.
Just pick a rom and follow them. Just wait till your phone gets here before you keep looking up stuff.

My understanding of it is that you can't actually brick your phone by getting android onto your HD2, its fixable (although I may be wrong). I say go for it, follow the guides to the letter and you will be fine
