Video upgrade for Witcher 2.

With my current cards at 940/1300 playing Witcher 2 with these settings using Dirt 2 profile with alternate frame rendering I get 30-90 fps. Card usage 40-75%:

Should I wait for crossfire profile before upgrading?
I am thinking about upgrading to a 6970. I play on 1920x1080 res.
Suggest upgrades?

I'm sure there willl be a fix for crossfire soon. There is already a fix for SLI setups. http://segmentnext.com/2011/05/18/the-witcher-2-crashes-fps-fix-sli-fix-ati-graphics-nvidia-performance-no-sound-errors-and-fixes/

ATI Performance and Graphics Fix (copied from link):
Switch to window mode. Disable Anti-Aliasing, Anisotropic Filtering and adaptive Anti-Aliasing in Catalyst Control Center.

The Witcher 2 need crossfire drivers by ATI, so if you experience performance issues with Crossfire setup, it is recommended that you disable one of the GPUs.

If you were to upgrade get a 6950 2gb. This game is very video ram hungry even with only one monitor at 1080p. Or get a 2gb version of the 560. The 2gb ram is important! This game used up all the vid ram on my 560.

Thanks man. I looked into the 6950s and I found out you can unlock them into 6970s. Do you know if any specific models unlock into 6970s or can they all do it? I might even get two.
Also, I noticed not many people are rocking the 920s anymore. Wondering if there could be a possible bottleneck? (Doubt it).

Also, worried that 750W PSU might not be enough for 6950CF.

1. Only reference 6950s unlock.
2. A 920 definitely won't be a bottleneck.
3. A good 750W PSU will be fine for 6950s in CF.
