Hello,
I currently have an Intel Core i5-750. I mainly use it for Gaming and multi-threaded programming in OpenCL and C#. When should I upgrade it? Now with Sandy Bridge or later with Ivy Bridge, Haswell, Broadwell, Skylake or Skymont?

When it no longer performs, or can handle the tasks you need it to do! It is a quad core at 2.66ghz , im sure it still performs well. You could always overclock it , to add a little life.

Thank you for your answers. I will overclock my Intel Core i5-750 for now. But when should I actually upgrade it? When will it probably make sense to upgrade? With Ivy Bridge, Haswell, Broadwell, Skylake or Skymont?
