Hey everyone
So I think Ive finalized my future build, Ive spend alot of time researching and i think this is the best for me. Future proofing wise. OPINIONS MORE THAN WELCOME>

I will be using this system for:
- Gaming (BF3 cant wait)
- Music Production (guitar recording/ excessive VST usage)
- General surfing/ Movie watching

Intel Core i7 2600K Processor LGA1155 3.4GHz CPU$329.00
Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H70 High-performance CPU Cooler$149.00
Asus P8P67 Deluxe V3 L1155 $299.00
G Skill 8G(2x4G)DDR3 1600Mhz F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM $120.00
MSI GTX570 Twin Frozr II/OC (will SLI later on)$385.00
LG H22NS70 SATA 22X+- $ 29.00
NZXT PHANTOM Full Tower case w No PSU White$185.00
Corsair HX-850 ATX Power Supply w 140mm Modular Cables$218.00
Corsair Force Series 60GB SSD (boot/primary programs)$139.00
Samsung 500G SATA II 7200rpm HD502HJ (Secondary installs)$ 45.00
Samsung 2TB Spinpoint F3/4EG EcoGreen HDD 32M x 2 (storage)$190.00
_________
$2088.00 AUD

Are these the right parts for me? I want to be well prepared for the future and anything it will throw at me. I do plan to overclock but not till the warrantys get close to the end or the system begins to fall behind.

NOTE: these prices are in Australian dollars. PLease do not link me to newegg and say its cheaper lol
This is the store i shop from if anyone decides to look for alternative parts

I appreciate all help as I want to get the best value for money and be ahead of the game for quite a while.

Thanks so much in advance

Wow looks great!! The only thing i would do different is Go with A GTX 580, bf3 may be very gpu demanding! Also maybe get a larger ssd, and scrap the 500gb secondary ( just my opinion)

Nice selection of parts

One suggestions I would make is getting an after market CPU cooler, something like a Hyper 212 (they're cheap and good). I know your not planning to overclock just yet, but having a after market cooler will keep your CPU at better temps (essentially prolonging it's life) and more will be WAYYY less noisy than the Intel stock cooler.

Is 850 watts too much or just right? As I do plan on getting another gtx570 when I come into more money?
