Also, make sure you get the speed edition. The control edition is, at least imo, kind of a drag.

Which Goliathus, Form what i can see there are a few different ones.

Don't fall for it. Soft pads are BETTER than that!

I have Razer Goliathus Speed Extended and it's HUGE and last a lifetime. I roll it and put i back in the box when i'm not using it.

BS, low quality clothpads like goliathus speed increase their friction day by day even if you game casually for 2-3 weeks, at the end they became unsuable if you're spoiled by the low drag - air mouse feel they once gave to you.

Aluminum pads can be just as unreliable as well, for example steelseries SX has a coating that once it rubbs off the surface, the pad becomes useless.

so go for a puretrak talent: cloth pad that doesn't wear out. I have mine for 8 months of low sens gaming and it's still brand new. And it's smoother than goliathus/qck. If u think it's huge the puretrak stealth is the mid-size version of it.

I've used all the mousepads recommended in this thread and the PureTrak Talent is the best by a longshot. Superior quality control and material.

Goliathus Speed and QcK are decent but not anywhere near as good as the Talent.

I'm still using the Steelpad 5L and it is by FAR the best mouse pad I've owned. It would be tough to find one though since they're discontinued, but if you can, jump on it quick. The QCK Heavy is a nice cloth pad, but as the guy above me said, the Talent is superior.

That does look nice, and I have heard good things, but it is too large for my Desk. 19"x14" I have maybe 1/2 the amount of room =(
