I was more looking at the Gentle Typhoon 2150 over the Yate Loon since it's only $3 more for each fan... does anyone have any input on why I should or should not get the 2150s?

I run 12 GT 1850's and I can not hear a thing other then harddrives so I would say go for the slightly higher speed ones.

Go with the 2150's. Only problem is when they'd be shipping. I have 3 AP-15's running on a RX360 now and it's pretty quiet and keeps temps down. I'll be upgrading to the 2150's as well, and they'll probably provide some better cooling over the AP-15's, but the benefit won't be as good as going from the AP-14 to AP-15.

Definitely the case with the RX rad. People with some slightly higher FPI rads should see a a bit more of a drop (GTX, TFC etc).

I was originally planning on the RX480, but now that I've put my name for 8 2150 GT's, I'm thinking of going with something a little higher in FPI to take advantage of the extra RPM.

I ordered seven Gentle Typhoons 2150s; I'll be thinking about getting a GTX radiator instead of a RX.

Thanks guys!

I don't really understand, why are the GT's rated for 1850 more than the ones rated for 2150? Is it because they are quieter? I'm a noob to the whole GT scene and am looking to make a purchase very soon.

Thanks in advance!

OCN is doing a group buy on the 2150's. You can't just get them from any retailer. So with the group buy, the more GT 2150's that people order, the more the price goes down. If you want 2150's you better act quick, they are being discontinued soon after our group buy.

I found that thread but it looks like it is closed, could I still place an order?
