Is this sound card any good?

So, is the Sound Blaster Live! model # SB0200, any good, because I have one laying around and I would like to know if it is better than integrated.

Anything that is dedicated would be better than onboard. So yes it would improve your audio. Depending on what speakers you have, don't know by how much.

that is a good point

But i don't think that its a BIG difference between the 2 cards , cause the SB 0200 is a little bet old and it has really annoying drivers on WIN7
although im one of people that always say that any dedicated card is better than on-board but not in that case you got
so my opinion is to stay with your (VIA VT2020)
