Lol, 6 weeks of
"Just thought I'd see how things are going" and
"Well I still don't have a complete PC, any change in 580 Lightning stock?"

I made mental notes of all the little technicalities of what they said each time. Mainly words like "resolve" "substitute" and "price match". Oh yeah, and "you may purchase more than one if there is sufficient stock and no quantity limits"
That last one was important since I had only ordered one lightning in the beginning. I kinda kissed their ___ when I talked to them, and stayed on as long as I could with anyone using trigger words or seeming like they may help, but I also got off the phone ASAP when a rep was acting leery or repetitive. I didn't want one to just close my notes and label them resolved, and I also didn't want to hear their policy copypasta.
At this point I kinda want to work for them. I know enough of their system now to take my BA and be a CSR Manager, like it was 6 weeks of training.
