What Speed for D5 Pump

What speed should I set my D5 pump speed for my set up, It is set on 2 wright Now should I raise it up?Will I get lower temps if I raise up the speed?

Res/Pump>rad 120.2>cpu>rad. 120.1>gpu>Res/Pump(Monsoon)

3 is better. I set it to 3 always. Never changed.

Run a bench mark or stress test record max temps.Change speed rerun record temp.Keep doing so until lowest temps are reached or noise is too much.Pretty simple.

I always set mine to five when i had it. The noise is not even that noticeable

i just test it the other day ,3 is the sweet spot noise/perf.
@4.7 ( P95 ) for over 30 min. speed @3 or @5.. there is no difference in my set up
how you like the Monsoon ..little vibration ?

I like it,except the black wiring on the molex pin for the led was broken off,it vibrate very little I have it screw down. I guest I will up the speed.

Not sure what they did, but you shouldn't see anywhere near that much difference.

A couple a two degrees is all I could measure using the 35X from it's lowest to highest setting which is probably more range than the D5 has in both directions.

Had mine on 5 when I just had a 240 rad and cpu block. Now I have a 360 and 240 rad, cpu block, 2 gpu blocks, and a northbridge block. Still have it set on 5.
