You are going to tell us what is in your rig in order for us to help you.

I believe you are violating the legal noise regulation law allowing for a maximum of 80dB sound from one house

(at least in my state)

Stock cooling on the 480s? What kind of case fans do you have? How many and do you have a fan controller hooked up to them?
