High ping in games | wired + wireless network

Thread Starter
I'm using a Linksys WRT160N v3 router w/ firmware DD-WRT v24-sp2 (04/11/11) mini. We are 5 users on the network (2 wired PC and 3 wireless) w/ unlimited bandwidth. Usually my ping is very good during the day at around 30ms in World of Warcraft but after 10pm or so I've been getting between 350-450ms and it's pretty bad. Supposedly no one is downloading or using a lot of bandwidth but I don't buy that eheh. I've tried to mess with QoS but it doesn't seem to help at all. Maybe I'm doing it wrong but it seems relatively straightforward. Any suggestions to improve my ping?

Sounds almost like your isp is doing something during the night. Try doing a ping test during the day and a ping test at night and talk to your isp if its too bad
