HELP! TP45-HP Motherboard failure?

Thread Starter
Ok guys, so the other day i was overclocking my processor to a higher ghz, and then my computer started freezing. The volts on the NB was 1.14 while the processor was +0.0500 and ram was +0.0300.
The computer would boot up but then freezes at the loading screen.
I cant even enter the bios.
Now the screen wont even turn on and it stays black.
I tried my processor and ram on my brothers system and both worked.
I tried my brother's 800mhz ram and e8500 on my mobo and it still didnt work.
I took my brothers PSU and tried it on mines but still no luck.
I tried clearing the CMOS and tried a new battery but nothing worked.

That to me sounds like you will need to rma the board as it sounds like it has become unstable and defective
