Well yeah, but it's just the way they are treating him is why we are all getting worked up... he most likely is fine if it works, but still should we just ignore the fact that this isn't right? I sure as hell know I wouldn't let myself get walked all over and just forget about it.
They can't prove that it didn't come like that, but it'd be hard to prove to them the opposite I guess. Tricky situation. This is why I only buy motherboards from newegg because they don't ask questions and set the RMA up instantly. It took literally like 3 minutes to set my RMA up on the phone if that.
