I don't think we're allowed to advocate that here, but I wouldn't not put a cinder block through one of their windows at 3am.
I would make that 4 cinder blocks lol

Well so far so good,

I had a few BSOD's but after I raised my vcore a bit and set everything to 21x191 things seems to be pretty stable. So far I have had time to prime95 for about an hour two different times along with a 3dmark11 test, both with no crashes.

Also I seem to have stable temps with my frio cooler, idle 40, full load around 80.

I would either get a replacement or a refund, (prefer the latter because of their terrible customer service), step on your rights! Dont leave untill you reached your goal.
Otherwise you are stuck with a board that has 1.Bent pins 2.You wont be able to RMA.(unless they believe that you did not cause it offc)

You guys see this in their return privileges?

I think they think op damaged the motherboard and won't take it back because there is no way to prove that it came that way.

There's also no way for Fry's to prove that he did it.

OP, rather than go into a long post, I'll make it simple. Your options are:

1) Keep the board
2) Return it for replacement / refund

Unless you really DID bend the pins, you shouldn't put up with Fry's crap. Tell them to replace it or you'll see them in court. If they still won't budge, file the claim and watch as they start singing a much more ass-kissy song.

And isn't the law on his side as a consumer in such a situation?
