Do not use Driver Sweeper. Most instances of driver problems on ATi/AMD cards involve previous use of driver sweeper. Don't chance your registry with that software. If it messes up, you're stuck with reformatting Windows. What I do is just run the setup installation a second time. Running the built-in uninstall, resetting, then running setup will also work. There are also manual registry edits explained in the ATi Drivers sub-forum but it's only for Intel processors. So you're out of luck there.
