Cinebench 11.529 32 Bit on XP 32: Error during CPU benchmark

My current overclock is CPU 4.2Ghz @ 1.53125V and NB 3Ghz @ 1.3125V. During the Cinebench CPU test an error message occurs and the test is aborted or it just reboots the system. The test was completely on 4.0Ghz, so I suppose the reason is the instability of my current overclock. The GPU test is still completed.

What do you suspect?

Edit:

Cinebench was able to complete the CPU test at 4.2Ghz(Results 6.92-6.93):

2x CPU test completed, reboot at 3. attempt @1.540625V, 1x @1.543750V, 0x @1.546875V, 2x @1.550000V

Haven't used more than 1.55V since I was told that is the highest I should go.

Sounds like unstable. But cinebench is no program to test stability
I assume you run prime/linx/ibt to test your stability.
TBH i never got that issue even with unstable overclocks

I did p95 blend at CPU 4.1Ghz@1.5V, NB 3Ghz@1.3125V. It rebooted after 2 hours 39 minutes. I'm back to these settings now.

I just can't get a stable overclock, no matter what. I really wish I had an i7, instead of this half-assed 1090t. I need 4.1Ghz to play GTA IV somewhat fluently at 25-30 fps.
