2500k Stable OC help

Hey,

Ye i've got i5 2500k running at 4,00ghz but i want to OC till 4,5ghz ~, so i've got the question if these settings are alright and if i maybe should change something?

1. AI Overclock Tuner: Manual
2. Turbo ratio by per core....
3. Core Ratio Limit: 45 45 45 45
4. Load Line Calibration: Ultra High
5. VRM Fixed Frequency Mode: 350
6. PHase Control: Extrem
7. Duty Control: Extrem
8. CPU Voltage: - not sure what to use? Offset voltage or should i use manual voltage, help me out

i5 2500Pk
ASUS P8P67 Pro
Corsair tx650w
2x2gb 1600mhz ripjaws
Samsung F4 SpinPoint 320gb

The problems is that i can see half of the Settings to change if i use that guide coz my bios is cut off a bit, and there was a guide on hardforums made by ASUS people and it was different, i'm using that but just chechking if it's fine.

Those settings match mine apart from...

Enable pll overvoltage and set it @ 1.72500v
cpu current capacity 130%
for 4.5 ghz start with manual not offset voltage of 1.375v
set vccio voltage to 1.1v
All other voltages including dram to auto
enable speedstep, turbo etc,
